The Care Scheduling Specialist will be a proactive individual with outstanding communication abilities, responsible for orchestrating and managing the schedules of caregivers and nurses within our licensed Home Care agency.

*Candidates must possess previous experience in home care scheduling or coordination to qualify for this role.

We provide a competitive salary package commensurate with the candidate's level of experience.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with management to assess current and anticipated staffing requirements, ensuring an efficient scheduling process. Additionally, you will serve as a crucial link between clients and staff, oversee on-call rotations, and deliver exemplary customer service to both clients and field personnel.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client appointments and maintain accurate scheduling documentation
  • Facilitate communication regarding scheduling adjustments between office and field personnel
  • Act as an intermediary between clients and assigned staff for effective service delivery
  • Participate in on-call rotations as necessary
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guarantee high-quality home health care
  • Manage client services and promptly resolve scheduling challenges
  • Foster relationships with clients, referral sources, and community organizations
  • Contribute to expanding the client base through strategic initiatives
  • Offer insights to management for improving business outcomes
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in Home Care scheduling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
