Role Summary:

We are seeking experienced Customer Care Specialists to enhance our team. While prior experience is beneficial, we are open to training the right candidates.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.

The Customer Care Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for our customers, whether through online platforms, text messaging, or phone calls. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls and internet inquiries, as well as scheduling appointments. We are looking for individuals with a professional demeanor who are empathetic to customer needs. This position offers a promising career path for those with automotive or customer service experience.

Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming calls and schedule appointments accordingly.
  • Respond to internet inquiries to facilitate appointment bookings.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to customers post-visit to gather feedback on their experience.
  • Assist customers in vehicle selection, promoting various models, features, and value-added services through phone, email, text, or chat.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation within the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and current promotions.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational opportunities as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Clear, articulate, and pleasant speaking voice.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Experience in customer service or telephone communication.
  • Dependable with a strong attendance record.
  • Friendly and enthusiastic, with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to address customer inquiries via phone and email effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
  • Excellent follow-up abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficient in computer and internet usage.
  • Sales experience in any industry is advantageous.
