  • Responsible for oversight of Cultivation Lead and Tech duties
  • Follow Production Calendar/Assist in creating

  • Batching and plant inventory
  • Responsible for plant healthcare
  • Repotting
  • Soil mixing

  • Facility walk throughs
  • Data input/tracking in compliance software
  • Ensuring that all production, compliance and maintenance logs are completed properly and on-time
  • Ensure compliance to Federal, State, and company regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Maintenance and monitoring of facility systems, infrastructure and inspections
  • Reporting/communicating with Direct Supervisor when issues arise

Direct reports: Cultivation & IPM Lead and Cultivation Technicians

Required Qualifications

Formal Education and Experience or Equivalent:
  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent on the job experience
Competencies, Specialized Skills or Knowledge unique to this role:
  • Must be 21 years old
  • Must possess horticultural skills and experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, Share Point, Metric and PowerBi,
  • Strong math skills
  • Able to obtain state credentials to work in cannabis cultivation facility
  • Must be able to obtain state credentials to apply pesticides in commercial setting
  • 1-3 years minimum of prior management experience (depending on size)
  • Prior customer service experience
