What You'll Do

You'll collaborate with business and discipline stakeholders to support the development of Consumer Products launches spanning across Epic's brands, including Fortnite Battle Royale, LEGO Fortnite, Fortnite Festival, Rocket Racing, Rocket League, Fall Guys. The ideal candidate is a highly organized team player that has a solution-oriented, self-starter approach. Bonus if you're interested in the Licensing/Consumer Products space and an avid gamer.
In this role, you will
  • Lead sourcing engagements by partnering with stakeholders to define business requirements, identify potential suppliers, and assist in executing contracts that represent the best value for Epic
  • Prepare samples shipped to Cary office and coordinate weekly review with stakeholders, participating in the creative review process to ensure a high quality product
  • Develop tracking and stock management system for product sample storage closets at Cary office. Assist with regular organization and clean out of closets as product arrives
  • Manage stock ordering process externally with vendors and internally with Procurement, AP, team leadership, ensuring sample closet inventory levels are maintained
  • Coordinate budget approvals, product development and shipping logistics for special swag projects as needed
  • Handle shipping and logistic processing, including tagging and storing incoming samples and packing and shipping out packages from Cary office
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on product orders for internal use and distribution
What we're looking for
  • Must be able to work on-site in Cary, NC
  • 3+ years proven experience in a multidisciplinary role where you've supported cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects
  • 3+ years of experience working in customer or partner-facing roles
  • Very strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, seeing through to final resolution
  • Ability to adapt and be effective in new situations within a highly dynamic environment
  • Quality control, demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality
  • Experience working across functional groups (eg. Legal, Procurement, AP, Creative, external agencies, partners)
  • Experience in Airtable and other project management software
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends, Consumer Products landscape, and product development process a plus
