We are seeking a skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a Licensed Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
Requirements:
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Carolina.
  • Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations, with a focus on evidence-based treatments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
