Overview

HilgartWilson is in search of an Architectural Project Coordinator to enhance our team. We are seeking a fully qualified architect proficient in all standard aspects of architectural design. This role will involve independently executing a range of tasks that require expertise in conventional architectural practices for projects of moderate scale and intricacy.

Key Responsibilities

- Develops and drafts Construction Documents, reports, and various deliverables with guidance from senior architectural personnel.

- Assists senior architects in creating schematics, renderings, and sketches to effectively convey design concepts.

- Conducts site visits for assessments, client consultations, and construction oversight activities.

- Collaborates with junior staff and designers to optimize resource utilization.

- Offers insights and recommendations for the ongoing enhancement of firm software applications, processes, and procedures relevant to the role.

- Demonstrates a solid understanding of code requirements, accessibility standards, client specifications, construction detailing, and material assemblies.

- Plans and organizes necessary permitting and approval documentation that aligns with the design objectives.

- Adheres to the company’s quality control standards within the discipline and ensures accuracy and completeness in personal work outputs.

- Coordinates with other internal engineering disciplines as required.

- Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned by a Project Manager or senior team members.

Qualifications

- A professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution and a valid architectural license, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

- 3-5 years of professional experience.

- Licensed architectural professionals.

- Highly skilled in REVIT and AutoCAD Architecture version 2022, with the capability to annotate plans and details.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Experienced in the firm’s 3D Rendering Software, capable of producing renderings and applying materials and finishes.

- Maintains current architectural licensure through the completion of required Learning Units.

- Actively pursuing LEED accreditation and engaging in industry-related events.

- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English for effective communication in job-related contexts.
