Description Position Details: •Title: Brand Development Manager•Location: Pittsburgh, PA•Shift: •Compensation: $70-$80K + commission on sales •Benefits: Robust benefits package•Travel: Frequent daily travel, some overnight monthly travelPosition Description: Responsibilities include:Developing the demand in the marketplace, by creating new and maintaining customers, providing training sessions regarding their product and project management for the Design, Kitchen & Bath Studios, and Fabricator customers/communities. •Responsible for overall sales of the defined territory.•Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients within the remodel, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders, and assigned fabrication base.•Prepare action plans/schedules to identify specific targets/project number of contacts to be made.•Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock and maintain sales materials.•Develop and promote brand awareness with all potential customers within assigned territory.•Develop and execute business plans for territory of all customer segments.•Assist with trade show set-up, customer entertainment events, and other promotional activities.•Attend Industry related events regularly (NKBA, ASID, AIA, NARI) to build relationships.•Deliver marketing materials assigned to the client according to their value (segmentation).Requirements: •Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.•Proven experience achieving goals, executing strategic plans, gaining market share, in the same or similar industry•At least 3 years minimum experience within the region for sales of solid surface and quartz.•Experience with working with Fabrication/Installation, kitchen dealers/remodelers.•Must be eligible to work in the USA and valid driver license with clean driving record.
