Business Development Specialist - Ohio and Pennsylvania

Remote Opportunity


As a business development specialist, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, leveraging your expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities via Indeed, Hospitality Online, LinkedIn, HCareers and all other job posting platforms. Your role will involve building strategic partnerships and securing interest in our services primarily through 50-75 phone solicitation calls per day and another 30-50 emails and texts as a secondary method.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with potential clients in the hospitality, restaurant, corporate dining, retail food outlets, convention services, sports & entertainment venues, correctional institutions, senior living, vending, airport concessions, etc., showcasing our firm's expertise and value proposition.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.

Track, measure, and report on business development activities on a weekly basis and submit to Partners by EOD Friday, demonstrating the impact of your efforts on revenue growth and market penetration.

Turn over all leads to the partners immediately to get Search Agreements in place or to get jobs posted if we currently have an agreement with the client


Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, hospitality operations or sales within the hospitality/club industry, with a strong network of industry contacts.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to understanding client needs and delivering solutions.

A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding business targets.

Deep understanding of the hospitality industry, its challenges, and opportunities for talent acquisition and management placements
