Human Resources Assistant

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Ensures that human resources files (ex: corrective action forms, recognition forms, etc.) and records are reviewed and maintained in accordance with legal requirements, Company policies, and procedures.
Reviews corrective actions, terminations, and other reports and HRIS data to identify sources of errors and make appropriate corrections.
Provides additional support to the Human Resources Business Partner and Employee Relations Partner teams as needed.
Maintains confidentiality of all exposure to sensitive and confidential information and/or activities.
Completes miscellaneous research, reports files, and projects as requested.
Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
High school diploma required; college degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible administrative experience preferably in an area of Human Resources.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Demonstrated experience working with and maintaining confidential information.
Demonstrated basic analytical and great attention to detail.
Experience working with a multi-location company preferred.
Ability to manage and complete projects, including the ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
