We are looking for an organized and detailed individual to aid in the development of company responses to customer requests for proposal (RFP), information (RFI), quotation (RFQ), or other materials describing the company, its products, and/or services. The position will support national and international accounts team and will assist in improving company sales by increasing business with existing customers and developing new customers. Key Responsibilities Include: Facilitate the proposal process by reading, reviewing, and dissecting customer requests, determining proposal requirements, and coordinating tasks to meet applicable deadlines. Prepare written responses to customer questionnaires, pricing of new equipment, service and ancillary products, presentation materials and other information. Collaborate and coordinate with internal contributors (domestically and internationally) and subject matter experts to ensure submission content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities. Maintain a repository of templates, standard language, company information, and content that is commonly used in response to customer requests. Run model and option costing reports for management. Perform data collection, analysis, and generate reports. Upload legal contracts into company database. Calculate and report customer rebates. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of sales experience with RFP's Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent Organizational and Communication skills Work Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
