Project Angel Heart improves health and well-being for people with life-threatening illnesses by preparing and delivering medically tailored meals and promoting the power of food as medicine.

**Description**

For over 1,500 clients each week, Project Angel Heart embodies stability and hope by providing nutritious meals made in our state of the art kitchen free of charge, and specifically prepared to meet the nutritional needs of each individual client.
