The Role of Sous Chef at Snooze

As the Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in the Heart of House, ensuring that our culinary standards are met with excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular tastings to maintain consistency in food preparation.
  • Support the Head Chef in daily operations and paperwork, including inventory and ordering.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
