As a family of homebuilders and home service companies, Cavco Industries is a leading builder of Manufactured Homes, Modular Homes, Park Model RVs, Commercial Buildings and Vacation Cabins in the United States. Due to our growth, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant-Marketing to join our team in Plano, TX.
The Role: The Administrative Assistant-Marketing is responsible for working with other marketing, sales and web development professionals across the company to support marketing campaigns, branding, product launches, events and communications initiatives. Their duties focus on, but are not limited to, assisting with event scheduling and planning, project coordination, marketing administration, vendor management and expense reporting, market research, campaign data tracking and analutics and more.
What will I do?
- Organized, energetic and HIGHLY detail-oriented project manager with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Managing and processing purchase orders, vendor management and onboarding, inventory and distribution of marketing assets
- Coordinating marketing efforts with editors, writers, graphic designers, digital marketing specialists, web developers, project managers and other team members
- Maintaining a calendar of project deadlines and content launch dates
- Assists with the day-to-day activities of the Marketing and Communications leadership team
- Attend and participate in in-office meetings and client training sessions
- Help organize and coordinate internal and external events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
- Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
- Assist with maintaining and training on company intranet (Sharepoint)
- Marketing and event related support duties as needed
- Schedule events and travel for marketing team
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing administrative support role
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive
- Experience with billing, invoicing, vendor maintenance and budgeting
- Experience with expense processing software such as Certify
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
- Positive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of TEAM
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently with teams and collaborate in line with our One Cavco culture
- Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize
- High school graduate required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Corporate level Retail industry experience is a plus
- Experience with Asana project management is a plus
- Basic understanding of Adobe CC is a plus
