Candidate will need a keen ability to leverage data to present compelling sales proposals, and exhibit consistent follow-up. B2B sales experience preferred, but not required. A hungry, engaging, memorable candidate without B2B sales experience will be considered. Job Responsibilities: Grow existing account sales through in-person product training, adding consultative value, supporting RV show efforts, great follow-up, and building strong relationships with key dealership personnel. Expand brand reach within territory by developing a plan for signing new business in key BTA’s, building and communicating a compelling case for partnership, and relentless respectful follow-up. Compile and leverage data to grow existing accounts and add new accounts in key BTA’s within territory. Use a great balance of art (personality, relationship-building) and science (data, strategic planning, consistency) to grow territory. Submit required weekly and monthly reporting in a timely, thorough and accurate manner. Work well within a team structure, and respectfully communicate with internal and external customers. Up to 60% travel required. Travel must be managed in an efficient, responsible and cost effective manner. Forest River offers a stable work environment that is fast paced.
