We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our commercial vehicle sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of 4-8 inside sales representatives focused on inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting activities
- Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and methodologies to maximize team productivity and revenue attainment
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to representatives to enhance their sales skills and performance
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as connect rates, opportunities created, pipeline contribution, and revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns for improved lead quality and conversion
- Continuously evaluate and improve outbound prospecting tactics including email campaigns, cold calling, social selling, etc.
- Leverage sales automation and CRM tools to streamline processes and drive efficiencies
- Conduct recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new inside sales talent as needed
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasting and reporting on a monthly/annual basis
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints

- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and people management abilities
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and forecasting skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
