Responsibilities and Duties:

Work with sales staff while maintaining high closing ratios. Requires heavy social/text/computer and phone work in a highly professional office environment focused on closing leads, repeat deals and referrals. Must be capable of closing customers using logic and common sense solutions. Navigate using finance programs such as Dealertrack, RouteOne and Vinsolutions CRM while demonstrating excellent client services.

This position requires experience in the secific area of Finance, both prime and sub-prime. You must know how to properly work a deal with the sales staff, taking to's, training salespeople, one-on-one's, structure a deal, collect stips, follow a deal through the funding process... And most importantly, be a TEAM player You will act as back-up finance for our prime staff one day a week, while most of your time will be spent desking and structuring deals, taking to's, training... etc We are a TEAM and each of us is responsible for the success of the next

A hybrid manager that is familiar with finance and sub-prime is a must

This position is also responsible for our subprime business from multiple locations So, income opportunity is there, and no downtime

Salary: $80,000.00 to $150,000.00+ /year

Requirements:

Manager Requirements:

- Minimum two years prior sales manager experience with a proven track record of success.

- Experience in the prime and sub prime lending world in dealing with clients and lenders.

- Experience using lending software such as Dealertrack, RouteOne, and Vinsolutions CRM/or similar

- Experience properly structuring deals using applicable CRM tools.

- Ability to convert hot leads into sales using our sales methodology.

- Ability to generate referrals from centers of influence.

- Assess client needs and recommend solutions using a consultative approach.

- Maintain clean paperwork, clean funding, and a clean "Contracts in Transit" schedule.

- Build and manage a portfolio of finance clients.


$120k+ the first year is attainable and earning potential is uncapped.
