SUMMARY:
We are hiring for a Sales Operations Administrator Assistant to provide sales operational support working cross-functionally. Develop tools, enhance CRM design and adoption (Salesforce automation), coordinate sales/marketing initiatives, and provide overall general sales support in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate sales processes, pipeline management, budgeting, and assist with annual retail planning
- Review and identify opportunities for existing sales processes
- Lead the development of reporting tools and templates
- Plan and execute sales training webinars, sales conferences, communications
- Assist regional manager with making informed, data driven decisions to effectively administer sales programs
- Coordinate on-boarding/off-boarding, data reconciliation

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business, administration, marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years professional experience in a sales or related field (operations and/or marketing)
- Proficient in MS Office suite tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of SalesForce
- Knowledge of project management
- Able to deliver formal presentations to internal and external customers

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
