All other duties as assigned. Competencies for Success: Prior customer service experience Basic clerical and prior data entry experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point; Service Titan experience a plus. Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication. Ability to provide 5-star customer service through building trust, demonstrating empathy and creating relationships for life. Outstanding Team Player that blends well with all levels of the organization, vendors and customers who enjoys working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. High energy with a positive outlook.
