This position has moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. This position is under the general supervision of the Operations Manager-Program Support (OMPS). If acting in a team lead capacity, the Program Specialist Team Lead provides technical and oversight support to the Program Specialist team and serves as a liaison between the team and the OMPS. The PS Team Lead serves as a project leader as assigned by the OMPS and develops strategies to improve and enhance Program Specialist team efforts. The PS Team Lead represents the team at various meetings as requested by the OMPS and provides feedback to the Manager regarding Program Specialists work performance.
