Role Overview :

We are currently seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team from June through August, 2024. This position will work closely with the marketing, product management, and sales teams on exciting projects related to social media, event planning, and content creation.

Work Environment : Remote

Key Responsibilities :
  • Social media: build out a living calendar of social media and maintain daily posts to ensure we are optimizing our digital presence.
  • Blogs: write weekly blogs to enhance our SEO.
  • SWOT analysis: review our competitors in the F&B, Packaging, & Material Handling sectors and recommend changes and improvements to our business strategy.
  • Have the intern build a presentation of their findings while with us. What did they think we do well in marketing and where is room for improvement? There's likely a fresh perspective with an intern with the latest education/best practices[AM1] .
  • Event Planning: Partner with our internal team to plan customer, distributor, and internal events.
  • Content Creation: Create an email engagement program that nurtures our Food & Beverage industry prospects
  • Help manage channel/indirect responsibilities including cobrand distributor marketing collateral
  • Build and present a report of company and market insights.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Critical Competencies for Success:
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
  • Experience in product marketing desired
  • Ability to work within budgets and with strict deadline requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized/detail oriented.
