Administrative Office Specialist

Overview:

In keeping with our commitment to expand the HSS brand, HSS offers an outstanding opportunity for experienced professionals at our outpatient clinic located in West Palm Beach, Florida.

We offer an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Office Specialist with exceptional customer service skills to work at our West Palm Beach, Florida out-patient facility. In this patient-facing role you will be responsible for triaging phone calls and patient inquiries, greeting and scheduling patients for appointments and procedures, conducting verification of medical insurance and patient billing/collections, authorization of services, filing/chart preparation. In addition, they will promote a professional atmosphere through courteous communication, cooperation and respect for patients, visitors and members of the health care team. Acting as a liaison to the physicians and hospital departments, you will also be responsible for ensuring that best customer service practices are offered to patients and families.

  • Maintain sensitivity and awareness of cultural and religious diversity when addressing patients, visitors, co-workers and other customers
