Position Summary

We are looking for an Administrative Operations Specialist to enhance our team in New York, NY. This role involves overseeing office functions, greeting guests, organizing meetings, assisting with travel logistics, managing inventory, and providing support for various administrative duties.

Core Responsibilities

  • Greet and guide visitors, respond to inquiries
  • Manage office communications through phone and email
  • Schedule meetings for leadership
  • Support executives with administrative functions
  • Oversee allocation and tracking of sports tickets
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, snacks, and mail
  • Manage office calendars and communications
  • Facilitate vendor relationships and product management
  • Process vendor billing
  • Organize and host office events
  • Carry out additional tasks as required

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Capability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure

Physical Requirements

  • Expected to work in the office five days a week
  • Must be able to sit, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000, based on skills, experience, and location.
