We want someone strategic, creative, and driven to make a significant impact on our firm's success.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:•Build and Expand Our Referral Program: Design and implement a referral program that strengthens our relationships with partners and clients, driving new business and fostering trust within our community.•Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base, focusing on both traditional business development and innovative approaches.•Lead Our Social Media Presence: Take charge of our social media channels, creating and curating content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand's voice.•Analyze & Report: Collect and analyze data on our business development efforts and social media campaigns, providing regular reports to the Marketing Director.•Engage with Our Community: Act as the face of our firm online, responding to messages, comments, and inquiries to build trust and foster a supportive online community.•Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously update and refine our strategies by staying on top of the latest trends and best practices in business development and social media.•Events: Attend and Execute in-office and community events for employees, friends, referral partners, etc.QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:•A proactive individual with a passion for building referral networks and developing business opportunities.•Strong communication skills with a talent for creating compelling content and building relationships.•Experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into action.•Ability to work collaboratively with our team and adapt to the fast-paced environment of family law.•Event Planning knowledge.•Proficient in Social Media.•Required to be in office daily, not remote•Some weekend/evening events requiredWhy Join Us?•Impactful Work: Play a key role in helping families navigate challenging times while driving the firm's growth.•Innovative Culture: We value creativity, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.•Professional Growth: Opportunities to expand your skills and grow within the firm.
