The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis and create financial reports for plant. Evaluate financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance. Develop financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making. Monitor and analyze financial trends and identify potential risks or opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Prepare presentations and reports for clients and senior management. Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Provide support and guidance to junior financial analysts as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related role. Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices. Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerBI, and other financial software; SAP a plus. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
