The Digital Financial Operations Analyst team manages corporate PC refresh and forecasts/tracks actuals for IT software and contract services. This role is crucial in managing forecasting and tracking actuals for IT, reviewing invoices for accuracy, forecasting and tracking the PC refresh capital budget, and managing hardware Long Range Planning (LRP) and orders. This role will collaborate with large vendors such as Amazon, Microsoft, Dell, and Insight in managing hardware and software invoices. It will also require strong partnerships with both IT business-facing and operational teams to ensure business requirements are met while maintaining compliance and meeting budgets.

Responsibilities May Include:
  • Plan hardware refresh LRP and gain stakeholder alignment.
  • Order and track for hardware refresh and updated project forecasts.
  • Work closely with large vendors such as Amazon, Microsoft, Dell, and Insight on software/hardware quotes and invoices.
  • Review actuals monthly for accuracy and trends.
  • Communicate variances of actuals to forecast to finance and IT stakeholders.
  • Request reclass/corrections/amortizations/accruals as necessary.
  • Collaborate with IT business-facing and operational teams to meet business requirements.
  • Inform stakeholders monthly of updates to forecast and variance to budget.
  • Facilitate training/workshops for budget/forecasting best practices, common SAP questions, and knowledge sharing of finance and/or procurement policy updates.

Required Qualifications:
  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 or more years of experience in an Information Technology or Finance field
  • Proven discipline in following operational standards and processes
  • Ability to multi-task and collaborate in a team environment
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with both finance and IT stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing hardware and software invoices and working with large vendors
  • Ability to plan and manage hardware refresh projects and budgets
  • Familiarity with IT governance and compliance requirements
  • Able to design processes and ways of working that bring positive outcomes
  • Able to write clear, concise process documentation
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to quickly resolve problems and work with little supervision
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
  • PowerPoint creation experience
  • Vendor management experience
  • ServiceNow experience
  • SAP experience
