The Sales and Use Tax Analyst will manage a dynamic workload with diverse daily tasks. This position is accountable for supporting sales and use tax account reconciliations, accounting entries, audits, and various tax-related projects. The role requires close collaboration with different business units, vendors, and clients, necessitating a keen awareness of the monthly tax preparation timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Sales and Use accounting entries and GL account reconciliations as required.
  • Assist with data requests and research for Sales and Use tax audits.
  • Contribute to various Sales and Use tax projects as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Alteryx, and SAP
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to meet monthly deadlines with excellent organizational skills
  • Capable of working independently
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills

  • Accounts Payable processing or resolution
  • Purchasing or Purchase Order experience
