We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our team. You'll be responsible for ensuring a steady flow of inventory to meet customer demand, inventory cycle counts, while also negotiating the best shipping deals for our company. Previous experience in a similar field, such as combat sports retail or sporting goods manufacturing, is a major plus Your understanding of these industries would be a valuable asset in managing our inventory needs and sourcing products. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day purchasing operations, including inventory levels, cycle counts, and developing a strategic purchasing plan.

Oversee all purchasing needs, from local apparel to international factory orders.

Analyze sales trends and create a Demand Plan to accurately forecast and maintain just-in-time inventory levels.

Resolve issues related to vendors, product changes, transportation, and potential new additions.

Build strong relationships with key vendors to secure the best prices for shipping costs and our products.

Track and meet weekly purchasing KPIs.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or a related field (combat sports or sporting goods industry experience a strong plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with demand planning software is a benefit, but not required.
