We are currently in search of a committed Manufacturing Engineering Project Specialist to join our innovative team. This position presents a remarkable opportunity for individuals new to the manufacturing field to acquire diverse experience.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Offer direct assistance to Operations and Facilities initiatives as required
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Facilities, and Operations teams
  • Guarantee outstanding customer service and prompt project delivery
  • Lead and participate in multiple concurrent projects across the organization
  • Tackle daily production and technical issues related to engineered-to-order products
  • Create standard operating procedures to improve safety, ergonomics, and production efficiency
  • Execute other assigned tasks
    Qualifications:
  • Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing methodologies
  • Passion for engaging in a dynamic production setting
  • Capability to oversee multiple projects with shifting priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Team-oriented individual skilled in collaborating with various departments including Safety, Quality Control, and Purchasing
  • Interest in a variety of manufacturing projects and environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline preferred
  • Reports to the Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Manager
