Main Job Responsibilities:
Customer interactions by phone and occasionally in person
Answering and generating high call volumes
Data entry from unsold leads for marketing purposes
Scheduling and rescheduling estimates or walkthroughs for customers
Reports and Data collection
Customer Retention Skills
Accounts Receivable & Collections
Account activation
Dependability - Follows directions, responds to management direction; completes tasks on time
Teamwork – Contributes to a positive team environment and works well with others to meet deadlines
