About the role:
As a Product Support Representative, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support. You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application.
What you will be doing:
- Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions.
- Provide in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
- Recreate client issues in test environment, Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes.
- Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts up until 8 pm ET and occasional weekend coverage (that would be for limited hours and remote).
- Prefer degree, and/or knowledge, in finance, accounting, economics
- Work location in Jacksonville, FL.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, math, or economics/accounting
- Entry level or 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Prior banking or finance related experiences a plus
- Documents client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development
- Strong analytical skills and triage skills
- Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
- SQL server skills preferred
