Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Program Manager with scheduling and/or construction planning experience to join our capital project construction team in the

Anchorage area.

As a Construction Program Manager, you will work with internal project teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to facilitate the planning and scheduling of complex, multi-disciplinary construction projects across a portfolio.

Role accountabilities:

Managing relationships with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies and collaboration across projects and programs and ensure client satisfaction Using Primavera P6 to develop and maintain project schedules and complete programmatic level reporting Creating visually appealing slide decks and presentations for the client; presenting information to the client Translating project/program objectives into plans, budgets, costs, and schedules Analysing and compiling a range of complex data and documents, using knowledge and analysis conducted by others to review and assess analysis and provide advice and recommendations to contribute to program decision making Performing risk assessments to identify potential risks that may impact the project scope, schedule and/or budget

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience managing multiple multi-phase projects simultaneously Project controls experience related to cost estimating and budgeting, cashflow and forecasting, cost analysis, and schedule analysis for capital programs Excellent communication (verbal and written), documentation and presentation skills Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong focus on health, safety, and quality

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Project Management, or a related discipline 10 years of construction project management and/or project controls experience Experience using Primavera P6
