The Opportunity with McKinstry

We are adding a Business Operations Specialist to our growing Enterprise Client Strategy division to provide excellent administrative support. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Support the Enterprise Client Strategy team and Account Managers to plan, organize, and execute with various projects, events and program.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal or external stakeholders, such as staff, clients, vendors, or partners, to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of the projects or events
  • Monitor and track the progress, performance, and outcomes of the projects or events, and report any issues, risks, or changes to the management or relevant parties.
  • Prepare and maintain the documentation, records, and reports of the projects or events, such as SOPs, planning documents, meeting minutes, One Notes, etc.
  • Perform other administrative or clerical duties as assigned by the management or supervisor.

What You Need to Succeed at McKinsty

  • Passion for architecture, engineering, accounting, consulting, or other professional services industry
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and build strong relationships.
  • Experience providing business support in a large matrixed organization or multi-office environment strongly preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  • Some experience with SharePoint preferred.

The pay range for this position is $19.30- $32.50 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is a non-exempt role and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
