The Pricing Director will report to the Director of Contracts and play a key role in the development and implementation of pricing strategies to support ORBIS Operations and Business Development efforts.

This role requires advanced understanding of pricing strategies, a working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and the ability to interface with key stakeholders to drive internal alignment and decision making. Key Responsibilities: • Direct pricing strategy and manage pricing process to support DoD and commercial proposals (RFPs, RFQs, solicitations) via collaboration across multiple business units. • Analyze competitive environment to develop pricing targets to support business opportunities and strategic growth initiatives. • Develop pricing

metrics/models/tools

to optimize pricing strategy. • Collaborate with subcontractor teammates to execute pricing strategy and ensure alignment with proposal and internal business development goals. • Lead pricing proposal development and submission. • Lead continuous improvement efforts designed to increase efficiency within the pricing process and maximize profitability. • Monitor key performance metrics to ensure pricing strategies align with company objectives. • Stay informed on industry trends related to pricing analysis techniques.

Required Skills and Experiences: • 8+ Years of experience leading pricing efforts for a large business under various contract types (e.g. Cost-Reimbursable, Firm-Fixed Price, Time & Materials). • Experience with various contract vehicles (e.g. GSA, SeaPort NxG, SBIR, DoD). • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel or other financial/pricing modeling software (experience with implementing or using ProPricer is a plus). • Salesforce experience preferred. • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). • Ability to lead pricing team within a remote environment effectively. • Excellent analytical aptitude and the ability to interpret data. • Excellent communicator with a strong ability to respond to requests for information in a clear and concise manner. • Effectiveness in performing and managing assignments to meet goals within established guidelines and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively. Degree Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, or related field).
