Precision Walls, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Branch Administrative Specialist

Position Summary: This position is primarily responsible for managing all general office duties. The position requires a great deal of discretion as responsibilities include confidentiality of contracts, pays and revenue to the branch. Must be able to multitask, answer phones, send emails, and respond to needs of the office all at the same time.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the branch-level HR issues relative to benefits, employee relations issues, general field questions, etc.
  • Responsible for establishing all human resource records and assuring that they are in compliance with government regulations
  • Generate Certified Payroll Reports for all federal jobs
  • Responsible for assuring subcontractor payments, obtaining lien waivers
  • Investigate issues and problems relative to subcontractors and employees that affect the operation of the Branch
  • Assist with Accounts Payable
  • Billings
  • Assist with office events as needed (team building, leadership meetings, holiday party)
  • Other duties as required
Requirements/Experience:
  • Education/Experience: Minimum HS degree, prefer additional education or equivalent experience particularly in an accounting background
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
  • Notary
  • Must understand Apple products - set up and utilize iPads, help office staff with iPhone issues
  • Must understand HR and Benefit related topics
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
