Customer Service Administrator

Opportunity: Contract (4 months)
Compensation: $19/hour
Location: Greensboro, NC (REMOTE)
Schedule: Part time, 20 hours max
**Can work any schedule, must be available to meet with the manager
weekly between 8am-5pm**

Responsibilities:
  • Reaches out to potential sources of unclaimed funds via e-mail and portals.
  • Researches and verifies information regarding source contact information and updates details about each source.
  • Prepares notes in accordance with Unclaimed Property standards.
  • Utilizes strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills in all communications.
  • Handles tasks in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a high degree of integrity.
  • Organizes and prioritizes multiple tasks under time constraints.
  • Handles and safeguards confidential information.
Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
