Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and personable individual to provide quality customer service and manage front desk operations and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients, answering phones, and directing calls accordingly.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks, such as explaining forms, inputting documents and data accurately, and scheduling appointments.
  • Payment Collection: Collect patient payments in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available for some evenings until 6:00pm.
