We are looking for a Cloud Services Administrator to join our team The individual in this key position will oversee and enhance the use of Microsoft’s Teams and SharePoint online platforms within Easterseals. This role is pivotal in architecting, administering, and ensuring the smooth operation of these platforms. The position entails a blend of system architecture, administration, problem resolution, project management, and training, with a focus on developing and maintaining high standards in collaboration tools and unified communications. Responsibilities include:

- System Architecture and Administration: Architect and design SharePoint Online and Teams environments. Administer and oversee the platforms, ensuring their optimization and alignment with enterprise needs.
- Problem Resolution: Provide technical support, resolving issues related to Microsoft Collaboration Services. Ensure the maintenance, integrity, and support of solutions across the enterprise.
- Project Management: Manage and coordinate projects related to the implementation and enhancement of collaboration services. Ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Documentation: Develop and maintain guides, instructional materials, and provide basic training to clients and staff to enhance their understanding and use of Microsoft Collaboration Services.
- Policy and Standards Development: Assist in the creation of policies, procedures, and standards for unified communications, ensuring best practices are followed across the organization.
- Collaboration and Liaison: Act as a resource and liaison with vendors and clients, facilitating effective communication and coordination across different geographic locations.
- Emerging Technologies and Tools: Stay abreast of developments in technologies like Azure, Power Platform, and mobile device support. Leverage tools like PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph for process automation and service optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience acceptable. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is advantageous.
- Two (2) or more years’ experience working with Teams and SharePoint Online.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS, M365, Active Directory, Azure and PowerShell.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of effectively guiding and assisting colleagues in customer support and project coordination.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of clients and staff.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, able to work with internal teams, client users, and external vendors.
- Ability to impart technical knowledge and provide training to team members and users.
- Commitment to adhere to standards, documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to work independently with strong prioritization, organizational, and attention to detail skills.

**Compensation**: Starting $71,800 annually
**Hours**: This is a full-time, exempt-level position.
