About the role

As a Utility Operator, you will be responsible to perform a variety of operational tasks safely and efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic industrial environment to support Reworld’ s industrial disposal process.

Position Responsibilities:

- Responsible for chemical and reagent offloads.
- Responsible for taking care of inventory of tools and equipment for Operations Outage Readiness
- Responsible for housekeeping walkdowns of certain areas of the facility
- Ensure seasonal readiness by completing projects around the facility.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with Environmental Permits and Safety Procedures.
- Become crane certified to provide relief during the day.
- Additional duties as assigned to ensure safe and efficient facility operations

Position Requirements & Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred; _Reworld offers GED Works - a fully funded program for employees to achieve their GED._
- Must have the ability to work a rotating shift schedule
- Forklift experience preferred

Physical Demands of the Role:

- Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb
- Ability to lift/carry 50lbs
- Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces
- Qualify to wear a full-face respirator
- Consistently work in various weather conditions

Shift Work:
5 shifts on, 2 shifts off, 2 shifts on, 5 shifts off, rotating 12-hour days/nights.
