Role Summary:
Anthropologie Living is searching for a Temporary Assistant PD Coordinator to work under the direction of the Category Manager on administrative and operational related activities. This role will focus on the product development process within Home - Upholstery and Case Goods categories. This positions requires a high level of time management skills, multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Role Responsibilities:

- Ensure product data accuracy across operating platforms
- Ad-hoc/special project support (examples including):

- Vendor matrix
- Sample library management
- Calendar updates/tracking/management
- Sample management and logistics
- Ensure prototypes are properly packaged/crated for shipping
- Track samples and swatches through delivery
- Work with receiving teams across warehouses
- Close sample POs after receipt
- Customs declaration
- Product data coordination such as sharing assembly instructions with engineering, sharing product information sheets with buying and maintaining and updating fabric information

Role Qualifications:

- 0-2 Years of relevant experience in Fashion, Retail, Product Development, or a related field.
- Strong Outlook, Google Docs, Powerpoint, and Excel Skills required
- Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Exhibit a strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills with ability to prioritize projects and multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- Possesses proactive approach to problem-solving
- Works with a high sense of urgency and integrity, easily and quickly adapts to change, and is motivated by deadlines and new challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ** Education**: Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
