Anthropologie is in search of a digital marketing expert to craft and implement the Performance Influencer marketing strategy for its brands, including Anthropologie, AnthroLiving, and AnthroWeddings.
We are looking for a Performance Influencer Coordinator who can proficiently navigate influencer marketing channels and assist in developing strategies to enhance our influencer footprint while aligning our mission and distinctive product offerings with our customers.
You will work closely with our paid digital channels, creative teams, merchandising leads, and ad tech partners to synchronize channel objectives with business growth targets.
In this position, effective collaboration and clear communication are vital.It is essential that you are inquisitive, proactive, and a supportive team player who takes pride in managing this significant program.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities and a robust work ethic, driven to foster business growth.
A willingness to innovate, assess, experiment, occasionally fail, learn, and adapt is crucial for enhancing strategies for Anthropologie Group campaigns across the Affiliate and Performance Influencer Marketing Channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Performance Influencer Specialist and team in collaborating with creative, merchandising, brand marketing, and analytics departments to integrate the business vision into Performance Influencer campaigns.
Identify and compile lists of influencers that resonate with key messaging, brand aesthetics, campaign objectives, and influencer strategies.
Support the development of monthly performance reports and campaign briefs, ensuring thorough documentation of campaign results.
Manage both paid and gifted influencer partnerships from initial outreach to execution, ensuring smooth collaboration and relationship development.
Contribute to additional team projects and initiatives, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support opportunities that drive business success.
Handle other ad hoc requests to assist the Performance Influencer Specialist.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business, analytics, or a related discipline.
1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in affiliate, content, or influencer marketing is preferred.
Familiarity with Affiliate and Influencer platforms is advantageous (e.g., ShopMy, LTK, Rakuten, CJ, Impact, Pepperjam).
Experience in agency or consulting roles is a plus.
Proven ability to analyze data, draw insights, and create presentations that showcase performance trends.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent project management abilities, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Familiarity with web analytics tools.
This role demands strong analytical, planning, and multitasking skills to meet business objectives, along with a keen marketing sense to maximize engagement with target audiences.
