Brand Marketing Liaison

Job Summary:

Anthropologie is seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Liaison to support the day-to-day needs of the Brand Marketing Team. This individual will work closely with the Associate Manager, Vendor Relations to provide external vendors and collaboration partners with marketing strategies to help achieve their goals and grow their businesses at Anthropologie across multiple consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-op Client Services:
    • Attend pitch presentations and serve as a supportive face for the program
    • Request and organize vendor brand guidelines and product priorities to inform messaging and creative direction for all campaigns
    • Share influencer options for respective campaigns and relay vendor feedback to the corresponding team
  • Co-op Campaign Execution & Reporting:
    • Brief in and track co-op marketing needs from concept to completion; maintain the co-op marketing tracker and follow up with teams as needed
    • Assist in gathering and sharing SKU lists, product priorities, and brand messaging for upcoming deliverables with internal partners
    • Communicate with the Influencer Team for all requests related to co-op gifting and content generation
    • Develop pitch and recap decks, partnering with Analytics and Digital Marketing Team leads to gather necessary data and creative assets
    • Execute product ordering and shipping
  • Co-op Invoicing, Budgeting, and Forecasting:
    • Partner with the Associate Manager, Vendor Relations to create, disseminate, and track incoming co-op funds, invoices, and other budgeting updates
    • Ensure adherence to budget guidelines for each campaign, maximizing incoming funds
    • Assist with tracking progress for yearly sales goals
  • Home/Apparel Collaborations:
    • Template artist marketing overview documents, creative briefs, and recaps; partner with the Artist Administrator to review upcoming artist collaborations priorities and updates
    • Oversee marketing strategy for Tier 3 collaborations, including partnering with cross-functional teams for channel-specific input and results
    • Gather and track coverage for exclusive launches
    Requirements:
    • 3-4 years of marketing experience desired
    • A charismatic and proactive style of communication for external communication
    • Strong organization skills, including building timelines, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong writing and communication skills
    • Ability to build relationships and work with cross-functional partners across multiple teams
    • General awareness of/experience working with digital media campaigns a plus
    • Motivated by curiosity, whether solving a problem, pursuing a new experience, or seeking creative inspiration
    • A proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and results
