- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for upper management
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role
- Proficiency in google docs an google sheet formula and functionalities.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
- Experience supervising administrative staff is a plus
- Event planning experience is desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: Up to $46,645.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
