- Manage and supervise multiple locations within the assigned area
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train, mentor, and motivate store managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new store managers
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure optimal stock levels
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional strategies and pricing initiatives
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations across all locations

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to analyze financial data
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in math for inventory management purposes

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
