Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the warehouse team successfully completes tasks in accordance with company standards.

Communicate customer/supplier requirements throughout the

Warehouse.

Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements.

Maintain optimal utilization of human resources.

Ensure team members fulfill all educational requirements for their roles.

Provide cross-training opportunities for team members in the Warehouse.

Create a positive environment by treating employees with dignity, respect, and encouraging their

feedback.

Identify opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and procedures to maximize

efficiencies and profitability.

Minimize labor costs through goal setting, scheduling, workflow controls, and ongoing

collaboration with team members.

Control merchandise expenses by adhering to proper processing, merchandise purchasing

goals, and procedures.

Participate in achieving location growth objectives.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent is required.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.

2-4 years of related experience and/or training preferred.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and propose solutions.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret organizational production reports.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic math skills.
