Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the warehouse team successfully completes tasks according to company standards.
  • Communicate customer/supplier requirements throughout the warehouse.
  • Complete reporting requirements daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Maintain optimal utilization of human resources.
  • Ensure team partners fulfill all educational requirements for their roles.
  • Provide cross-training opportunities for team partners in the warehouse.
  • Create a positive atmosphere by treating employees with dignity, respect, and soliciting their feedback.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and procedures to maximize efficiencies and profits.

Qualifications:

What we seek:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and propose solutions.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret organizational production reports.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
