Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the inventory team successfully completes tasks in accordance with company standards.
- Communicate customer and supplier requirements throughout the inventory control process.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements.
- Optimize the utilization of human resources.
- Ensure team members fulfill all educational requirements for their roles.
- Provide cross-training opportunities for team members in inventory control.

- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Minimize labor costs through effective goal setting, scheduling, workflow management, and ongoing collaboration with team members.

- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 2-4 years of related experience and/or training is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and propose solutions.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret production reports.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
