Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the inventory team successfully completes tasks in accordance with company standards.
  • Communicate customer and supplier requirements throughout the inventory control process.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements.
  • Optimize the utilization of human resources.
  • Ensure team members fulfill all educational requirements for their roles.
  • Provide cross-training opportunities for team members in inventory control.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of related experience and/or training is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and propose solutions.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret production reports.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
