Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Responding to vendors and contractors
- Filling paperwork and permits
- Follow up with vendors and contractors
- Assist project manager in daily tasks
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Bookkeeping and reconciling
- Preparing documents and letters
- Preparing checks and payments on Quickbooks
- Preparing payments for invoices
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with Quickbooks Desktop
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
**Benefits**:
