**As HR Coordinator, primary duties include**:

- Administer new hire orientations, onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist in benefits administration and employee relations.
- Maintain HR records to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Assist HR Manager with day-to -day activity, as needed.

**Position Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources with 5 years related experience preferred.
- Would consider advanced college education, with 5 years hands on related experience.
- SHRM certification a plus
- Experience with HRIS systems (inhouse training on specific system will be provided)
- Knowledge of employment law, labor relations

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Bilingual in Spanish/English required.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Understand the magnitude of confidentiality and have the relevant skills to handle sensitive data
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure.
- Ability to travel when needed.
