Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Regis HR Group. As the first point of contact, you will provide a warm welcome to visitors and support the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming mail, correspondence, and phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Support the executive team with administrative tasks, including planning meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Engage in daily office functions, such as data entry and computer skills, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects, addressing inquiries effectively and promptly.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, with experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
