About This Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at 4ocean LLC. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our crew members, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to crew members, including answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to senior HR staff as needed.
  • Assist with recruiting, including screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Administer benefits, including maintaining knowledge of available benefits, processing paperwork, and communicating with crew members.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date crew member records, including personnel files and HRIS data.
  • Support payroll and HR projects, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with crew members at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • HR certification (aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP).
  • Experience with ADP WFN or other HRIS systems.
  • Recruiting tools (Greenhouse) experience.
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred).
